Founded in 2013, Enrich Network is a part of Sri Ramya Group, a multicategory consumer good business operating over numerous territories in the Western Region of Sri Lanka.

Enrich Networks in the only authorized distributor to distribute Dialog products and services across the following territories: Ruwanwella, Warakapola, Thalduwa, Thulhiriya, Yatiyanthota, Deraniyagala, Kotiyakubura, Galigamuwa and Karawanella

We support numerous livelihoods across the business and selling of Dialog products and services guaranteeing sustainable business practices. As a responsible corporate entity, we are focused on providing the best service to our stakeholders. We function to attain our core objectives while acclimatizing to changing market conditions.

Our History

Our story of consistent growth is not merely regarding the resilience of our company, but the result of continuous improvement and dedication of our team to establish this business better than it was yesterday.

Our journey started in the early 1990s when our founder became an authorized distribution partner of a Sri Lanka’s premium dairy company. He initially started the business small and was able to transform it to a massive distributor in Sri Lanka. Currently, this distribution has been in operation for over 2 decades.

The business did not stagnate in the FMCG industry. It started to stretch its branches to the telecommunication industry of Sri Lanka. This incepted in 1996 with the establishment of Dilshan Communication Pvt Ltd in the Western region of Sri Lanka. Dilshan Communication excelled in its functions and was recognized numerous times by Dialog for its outstanding performance. Dilshan Communication was recognized as the Star Distributor- Overall Performance GOLD Award was awarded in the Distributor Awards 2009/2010 awards ceremony.

Following the footsteps of Dilshan Communication, Enrich Networks bloomed in 2013 under the leadership of Mr. Tharindu Pathirana. Enrich Networks with its energetic team was able to receive numerous recognitions from Dialog for its performance. Presently, Enrich Networks is growing as an independent entity across its operating regions. Enrich Networks has a robust culture encouraging employee loyalty and develops emotional connection between organization and employees.
